Blockverse Legends (“the Game”) is designed to be privacy-friendly. This version does not collect personal data, shows no third-party ads, and has no chat or social messaging. You can play without creating an account.

What we store

Your game progress only, saved locally on your device. This includes the character nickname you choose, your resources, buildings, quests, pets, inventory, and settings.

This data stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party.

What we do not collect

No real name (beyond the in-game nickname you type), email, phone number, or contacts.
No precise or background location.
No advertising identifiers and no cross-app tracking.
No analytics, diagnostics, or behavioral profiling in this version.

Children's privacy

The Game is rated for ages 9+. Because we do not collect personal information, the Game does not knowingly gather data from anyone, including children. If a future update adds accounts, analytics, or ads, this policy and our App Store privacy details will be updated to comply with applicable laws (including COPPA) and Apple's requirements.

Purchases

In-app purchases in this version are demo only and process no payment data. If real in-app purchases are enabled in a future update, payment is handled by Apple — we never see or store your card details. Please refer to Apple's privacy terms for how transactions are processed.

Data deletion

You can erase all stored data at any time from Settings → Reset progress inside the Game, or by deleting the app from your device, which removes its local data.

Optional features in future updates

If later versions enable optional features such as cloud save, analytics, or rewarded ads, each will be clearly disclosed here and in the App Store privacy label before it is turned on, and it will follow Apple's age-appropriate settings for our rating.

In short: this version works fully offline and collects nothing. Your save lives on your device, under your control.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
